We believe that the best form of fitness is that which you enjoy and continues to deliver results. And that’s why we love the training principles of CrossFit so much. We also believe that the yang of CrossFit should be complemented with the yin of yoga, gymnastic movement & mobility. Most importantly: no matter how old the dog, we can all regularly learn new tricks and encourage our escapees to play and explore with child-like exuberance.
So while on your CooeeFIT Bali Escape you’ll be taking part in a variety of daily training, including:
- CrossFit at Bali’s premier CrossFit-specific gym – CrossFit Wanderlust
- Yoga at Canggu’s most beautiful yoga shala – The Practice
- Poolside workouts, stretching and recovery sessions
- Exploring Bali by foot and bike with beautiful hikes and mountain bike rides through the rice fields and jungle
- Access to Bali’s best masseuses to ease weary muscles and speed recovery
Be sure to pack plenty of exercise gear, plus a water bottle to keep well hydrated.

It’s a simple philosophy for nutrition that we follow on our Bali Escapes. Food to fuel your taste buds and your workouts. We’re spoilt for choice in Bali – the produce is local, fresh and seasonal. Plus we have an in-house chef! All in-villa meals are included in the price of your Bali Escape. We’ll also eat out a couple of times at of our favourite local warungs and cafes during your stay. So budget a little more for meals out (to give you an indication, 100,000 IDR (approx AU$10) will buy you a delicious full cooked breakfast, coffee and juice.

P L A Y
It’s not all just about training and eating. Equally as important, in our minds, is relaxation, recovery and play.
So there’s always plenty of time for relaxation and play on our Bali Escapes:
- Swim a few laps in the beautiful 18m swimming pool (or “bomb” your friends),
- Read a book, chat with your fellow escapees or have a game of “Cards of Humanity” in the shaded balé,
- Top up your vitamin D stores pool-side on a sun lounge,
- Walk or run the scenic 2 kilometres to Echo Beach via the local village and rice fields,
- Try something new, like learning a back flip at Bounce Bali!
It’s your choice between training sessions. Be as active or as relaxed as you like. We want you to go home feeling refreshed.

Your home during your Bali Escape is a discreet, environmentally conscious and exclusive private villa with spectacular views over cascading rice-terraces and a small jungle-clad river valley in a peaceful, traditional Balinese village within the sought-after Canggu area. A place to disconnect and to reconnect with yourself, with nature and with the magic of Bali.

Drive north of Denpasar airport, past the tourist areas of Kuta, Legian and Seminyak, and you’ll find the coastal village of Canggu. This area is fast becoming the health and fitness hub of Bali, attracting surfers, yogis and CrossFitters alike.
Your Bali Escape villa is hidden away in the traditional village of Pererenan, at the northern edge of Canggu, a quiet out-of-town setting that offers the double attraction of being close to Canggu and everything that you might need, while also offering visitors a privileged insight into the traditions of rural Bali. Ducks are herded through the rice fields, the sound of ritual music is carried on the breeze, and religious ceremonies are an integral part of daily life. The rugged Canggu Beach (2km away) is renowned for its panoramic coastline views, legendary sunsets and world-class surf breaks.
